Nex-Pand is an innovative non-explosive rock breaking chemical. A silent demolition technology in the form of an expanding mortar or grout.

Nex-pand rock breaking chemical is supplied in the form of a powder, this powder when mixed with water forms a mortar or grout which gradually expands as it dries.

The expanding Nex-Pand mortar produces a force of upto 18000 psi (or 1241 bar), as it cracks and breaks, rock, concrete, reinforced concrete, stone etc.
